Andrew Faulkner
Owner | CEO
Andrew Faulkner serves as the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Staley Technologies in Little Rock, AR. Prior to purchasing Staley Technologies, Andrew owned and operated Advanced POS Solutions (APS) in Little Rock, AR. Andrew earned his B.A. at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and J.D. from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. Andrew’s partnership with NCR (National Cash Register) propelled APS to be one of the fastest-growing VARs (Value Added Resellers) within NCR’s channel. In June of 2017, he was honored to be placed on NCR’s Reseller Advisory Board, a distinction only offered to 7 VARs in North America. Under his direction, Staley Technologies and APS have merged and Staley Technologies is well-positioned to offer full-service technology solutions to help enterprises respond to the ever-changing digital landscape.

Gary Ferrell
President
As President of Staley Technologies, Gary manages the day to day operations of all divisions of the company. Gary has been associated with the electrical industry for 48 years and is a trade and business qualifier for 28 States. Gary began working with Staley Technologies almost 30 years ago as a project manager estimator for commercial and industrial projects. He moved from project management into corporate management, serving as Vice President of the electrical division. He later became the Vice President of Operations of all divisions and served as the CEO for two years before becoming President. Before joining Staley Technologies, he was involved in electrical design, controls, instrumentation, supervisory control & data acquisition (SCADA), and has been a small business owner.

Mark Hardy
Chief Operations Officer
Starting as a data technician in 1999, Mark brings field, project management, and operational experience to his position as Chief Operations Officer. Over the course of his career with Staley, Mark has progressed from a data technician to a project manager before being promoted to a regional manager and then regional director in 2010. Prior to Staley, Mark served his country in the United States Navy and earned several awards including Kuwaiti Liberation Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, and National Defense Medal. After his duty with the United States Navy, Mark held management positions in the restaurant and hospitality industries. In his role at Staley Technologies, he is responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of all operational and project management processes.

Jason Keith
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Jason focuses his energy on Strategy, Information Systems, Culture, and Results. Spending the last ten years in a variety of positions in the manufacturing industry, Jason has the experience to provide Staley with sound strategies to improve our systems and processes. Over his career, he has served in various roles including Chief Operations Officer, Corporate Controller, and General Manager. He also proudly served our country with a six-year tour in the United States Army. Jason graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a BSBA degree in both Accounting and Finance, followed by a Masters of Business Administration.

Brenda Harper
Executive Support Manager | Corportate Secretary
Since 1990, Brenda has been diligently working for Staley with roles ranging from full-charge bookkeeper to controller to corporate secretary. Now, Brenda serves as the executive support manager / corporate secretary, serving as the principal support for the CEO and President. In this role, she also maintains and certifies the authenticity and accuracy of all corporate records and is responsible for filing all required regulatory documents to ensure compliance. With over 25 years at Staley, she has earned a trusted advisory role within the leadership team. Brenda holds a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Phil Pickett
Vice President of Engineering Services
Phil began his career in the mid-1980s as a POS technician with Business Machines Systems, later renamed Advanced POS Solutions (APS). He became Service Manager in the early 2000s, during which he lead a team of technicians who supported over 500 Point-of-Sale customer sites. Recently, Phil has taken on developing Staley Technologies’ Engineering Services department, offering managed services, such as cybersecurity and cloud back-up, to retail and hospitality clients. His work with Point-of-Sale solutions for the past 33 years has given him the knowledge and experience to bring technology to Staley’s customer base to help them benefit from secure, reliable technologies in the ever-changing digital field.

Alan Turner
Vice President of Marketing
Alan is an accomplished marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Through his agency and consulting work, Alan had the opportunity to support iconic brands and assist them with return on investment analytics and marketing strategy development. Prior to joining Staley, Alan was Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, where he led a team of development specialists to raise funds through corporate relationships. He previously worked for Stone Ward in Little Rock, while also operating a sports marketing consulting practice. His other roles include Alltel Wireless in Little Rock and Charlotte, and with The Marketing Arm in Dallas, TX.

Mark Creasy
Vice President of Local Operations
Mark leads our local market offices across the United States, ensuring that customers integrate the appropriate technology to improve operational efficiencies and enhance customer experiences. A 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry, including The Melting Pot and Morton’s Steakhouse, Mark previously served as a channel account manager for NCR Corporation assisting resellers and their customers with integrating digital solutions. He has also held positions with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where he was part of the team that helped the hotel chain win the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 1992.
